I just made an illustration for Aaron Huffman at "the Stranger" up in Seattle to be used as promotion for the newspaper. A bunch of different artists were asked to create cards in their styles to be put together later. Here's my "Queen of Diamonds".

Homage to Peter Bagge for The Stranger in Seattle

Aaron Huffman asked me to do a blatant homage to Peter Bagge in this illustration for an article about radio royalties for performers. I tried to make it more of a hybrid than a blatant copy of Bagge's work. It's somewhere in the middle.

Open Fly

I did a quick spot illustration for The Stranger up in Seattle this weekend about an actor who left his fly open during a performance of "The Adding Machine". Here's what I came up with. It's a "wee bit" phallic....

Do You Party? Well... Do Ya'...Punk?

I'm fortunate to have some great Alternative newspapers calling me in pinches for illustrations like this. Art Director Aaron Huffman over at The Stranger needed this little beaut' pretty fast and I had some company at the time, so it was squeezed out in the wee hours. but I think he was happy and that it did come out pretty good. That cocaine bag is such a whore. I like how needy Ecstasy looks.
